HOUSTON, March 24, 2025: RLDatix will lead two sessions focused on advancing patient safety at the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) 2025 Congress, taking place March 24-27 in Houston, Texas. The sessions will highlight the critical role of healthcare technology in improving patient outcomes, clinician well-being and cultures of safety across hospitals and health systems.

With more than 7,000 healthcare executives, clinical leaders and ACHE Fellows expected to attend, ACHE 2025 Congress will be a hub for meaningful insights, dynamic conversations and leadership development. As a Corporate Partner of ACHE, RLDatix is proud to support the organization’s mission to advance healthcare leadership excellence and improve health in communities nationwide.

On Tuesday, March 25, Tim McDonald, MD, JD, and Peter Smulowitz, MD, will lead their education session, Breaking Barriers, Building Trust: The Role of Peer Support in the Patient Safety Movement. The session will explore how connected operations and formal peer support programs can reduce preventable harm, enhance clinician well-being and foster a culture of transparency in care delivery. Drawing on insights from the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) report and the proposed CMS Patient Safety Structural Measures, Drs. McDonald and Smulowitz will highlight how data, technology and the CANDOR process can transform peer support into a powerful tool for advancing patient safety and operational efficiency.

Later that afternoon, on March 25, RLDatix CEO Dan Michelson will join industry leaders from Quest Diagnostics, Exact Sciences, and Core Clinical Partners for a panel titled “Advancing Patient Safety through Healthcare Technology: Insights from Industry Leaders.” The panel will examine how innovation and advanced technologies are transforming patient safety protocols and driving improved clinical outcomes across the healthcare continuum.
