RLDatix Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

RLDatix is committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities and ensure that we comply with the standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) in a timely manner. In compliances with AODA, RLDatix has developed a multi-year plan to meet the requirements under AODA to remove barriers for individuals with disabilities. Upon request, RLDatix will provide a copy of the Multi-Year Accessibility Plan in an accessible format.

Training and Customer Service

RLDatix is committed to providing accessible service and content to people with disabilities. We provide accessibility training to all employees. The training includes the purpose of AODA and the requirements of the Customer Service Standard and how to communicate with people with disabilities.


Information and Communication

RLDatix will ensure that its process for receiving and responding to feedback is accible to persons with disabilities. RLDatix will provide and arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports in a timely manner upon request.


Accessible Website and Web Content

RLDatix will continue to work to ensure that our website, including web content will conform to the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 – Level A

RLDatix is committed to a fair and accessibly employment and recruitment practice. We strive to provide an accessible candidate experience and offer accommodations throughout the interview process and beyond, upon request.

RLDatix is committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities, as more options for accessibility becomes available RLDatix will continue to review and update our website, web content and policies.

By June 30, 2021 RLDatix will file the mandatory Accessibility Compliance Report.
