We use Google analytics tools to understand how our website is being used in order to improve user experience as well as Google AdWords tools to provide us with statistics relating to the use of our website and show you advertisements for our products and services which we think may be of interest to you as you browse other websites. Marketo

On our website we use the web analysis service Marketo. Marketo uses cookies to analyse your user behaviour when you visit our website. Your usage- and user-related information (e.g. IP address, place, time or frequency of visiting our website) is transmitted to a Marketo server in the EU and, among other things, in the USA and processed there.

The data collected in this way is used by Marketo to provide us with an evaluation of the visit to our website and the usage activities there.

In addition, our newsletters may contain a tracking pixel from Marketo. This is a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the Marketo server when you open our newsletter and through which technical browser and system information (including your IP address) is collected and used to technically improve the newsletter services. Furthermore, information is collected as to when you have opened the newsletter and on which links in the newsletter you have clicked. This serves the purpose of evaluating the reading habits of our newsletter recipients in general in order to adapt and optimize our content accordingly.

Video integrations

On our website, we use the video services of YouTube and Vimeo to optimize your user experience.
